Arby's

9/6/24 5:45 PM Went to the drive thru. I first saw Potato Cakes are back! It made my day. Fresh shredded lettuce on my sandwich & tomato. Y’all keep doing an excellent job!

I went to drive through and I came out with the cold sandwich still with frozen pieces on it. And there was frozen potato cakes. were really cold. I would not recommend this in the customer service. They only gave us a refund or we do it. That's place sucks. Never go there again.

By far one of the worst Arby's in town. Their food tends to not be too bad, except on weekends with the teen workers. That said, I've gotten some truly horrendous chicken from them, so I just can't recommend anything like that from them.

As a plumber I eat all over the place. I hadnt been to this Arbys in a few years, but as soon as the older gentleman went to take my order his voice clicked in my head, i remembered his voice. Hes a very sweet, personable guy and has worked here for some time now. Id come in simply just to talk to him.

Cass and Reed provided fantastic customer service, offering suggestions and happily accommodated our requests with a smile and great attitude making the experience the most enjoyable experience going through the drive through!
