Arby's

Been many years since I tried Arby’s. Truly not bad at all. The $7.99 meal combo has a ton in it for the price—I dare say the best “value” meal of any fast food place right now.

The restaurant was clean and efficiently run. The server was very personable and attentive. We ordered a "Meat Mountain" which is not listed on their menu; But it is in their system. As you can see from the pictures the meat mountain consists of all their meats... If I were to order the Denali Meat Mountain then that would actually have added a fish on top of all the meats. I shall definitely do that the next time! For the price and the amount of meat that you receive it is a dream! Versus the other small sandwich you see in the picture Which was $8 I would definitely say the meat mountain at $12 is the best bang for your buck! Again, the staff were pretty friendly and polite. They say you can’t fake steak. That remains true as their steak nuggets proved more like well cooked roast chunks, not cuts of steak. They were edible, but not being a regular Arby’s customer, I’m probably one and done. The restaurant itself is great. This appears to be a very well kept Arby’s.

Ten minutes in drive-thru (4th car in line). Handed me a drink with soda on top which then spilled on me and inside my car. Got my order wrong. Went inside to get correct sandwich. Asked to repeat three times, “Turkey, lettuce, bread” before got the right thing. Got home and discovered they gave me the wrong roast beef sandwich. The M.O.D. was bad-mouthing other employees and complaining that he always gets blamed. With leadership like that, I understand the staff morale and mistakes on my order.

Seemed to be confusion. Staff was either overworked or possibly training. I had mozzarella sticks & steak nuggets. Door dash seemed to get priority attention. Sticks were good. Steak were so-so. No flavor in nuggets but the BBQ sauce made it ok.
