Arby's

Food, amazing as always. The service was awful, we stood up front waiting to order our meal forever. They knew we were there, they kept looking at us, but never helped. The poor girl that was running drive through had to tell someone in the drive through to hold on so she could help us. That's when someone else decided to take our order. Then every table was dirty with food pieces everywhere, the ice was out. I definitely recommend drive through 100%, it faster and friendlier service.

Everytime we have been to the Mitchell location in the passed few weeks we have left disappointed. I was there at 10:10am and was told they were out of biscuits and wasn't making anymore. This morning my wife set at the speaker for 6 minutes waiting to order. When someone finally answered her she was told they was out of gravy. This location has went down hill fast. We used to eat there several times a week and now we don't. Please management fix this location.

I typically like mitchell arbys but today I did a mobile order and I got mozzeralla sticks and no mariana sauce realized that after i got home so went back and got some. The mozzeralla sticks are soggy or are not done taste gross they usually taste better then my french fries are not filled up at all. overall terrible night to get arbys. The girl who handed me my food and mariana also just seemed annoyed of my presence because of the sauce she forgot. I only ate my half filled french fries.

Okay for an Arby's, clean, okay service, decent accuracy , sometimes accommodating (depends who is working and such).

Went there this last Saturday ordered a Turkey club sandwich. Worst sandwich. I've ever eaten from arby's. Will not go to that restaurant again. Tried to call them and complain, but they would not answer the phone.
