Arby's

Hair was in my fries once I got to the bottom . Went through drive thru nobody wore hair nets I should have known. I do not recommend 0/10

Just went through the drive through. My order is missing a sandwich. MY sandwich. I just had surgery and haven't eaten since yesterday. We notice when we got back home. I immediately called and spoke to the GM. She acted like yep we forgot it. Oh well. I asked if she could have doordash bring it to me she said no. I said what about someone else that works there. She still said no. She said Im not going to charge you to remake it. I answered with your right your not bc I already paid for it. I said I think the meal should be comped. She said no I cant do that. Mind you she never offered anything but to remake the sandwich. Under normal circumstances that would have been enough. But not this time. She then offered to give me a card for a free combo meal for next time. That's okay Arbys keep

I would not refer ANYONE to this Arby's! How can a roast beef restaurant run out of roast beef? Not only that but employees were not nice. They had people pulling up to wait on their food. People waited long time before we all just walked in to get our orders. This was the worse experience I've ever had at this location. The food we did order was not even fitting enough to feed to the dogs. The picture I'm posting is the "freshly cooked" deluxe burger....it was gross! The only reason it gets ONE star is because it won't let me post no stars!

The service was incredible for fast food they no longer carry the loaded curly fries but the staff hooked me right up!! The Italian sandwich was was spot on! Plenty of meat and enough condiments!! Outstanding job guys!!!

My steak bites were chewy, tasteless, and just all around nasty! I hadn't been to an Arby's in so many years. I will not be back.
