Arby's

This place couldn't give you hot food if their life depended on it. went through the driveway specifically asked for hot fries and arby's sauce. No arby's.sauce and no hot fries, and on top of that, the fries had a nice hair in it and were only filled up halfway. When I went in the store to return the food and asked for my money back the stench of body odor was so bad in there. It wasn't funny. I've completely had it with this place. I mean, completely had it never again. Managing management never gets ahold of you or calls you back for anything at all

I was going here once a week for my "cheat meal". Usually Thursdays. But I am so sick of not getting the simple things I ask for. I always ask for the same sauce, and if it's a teenager working the drive through, they will put a handfull of literally any other sauce than the one I asked for. Do I want 5 things of bronco berry? No. I don't. And could I just buy my own sauce from the store? Sure. But then my food would be cold by the time I drove 45 minutes home. I no longer will be going to this location. I will spend my money at another store insteqding of ring my one big cheat meal per week.

Ordered in the drive-thru. Order was complete and came out very quickly. French dip was delicious as always along with the Au Jus. Their new Mac-n-cheese bites were a hit!

Ordered a regular 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich. When I got it, it had what I assume was Arby’s sauce on it, which I did not ask for, on it. Also had some sort of nacho cheese on it which made for a very unpleasant combination. Very disappointing.

I got the 2 peace chicken tender. It was perfect between crisp and soft. The service was a little backed up but that just shows how great it is there at Arby's.
