Stopped by at this Arby’s in McPherson for a quick supper with the family on our way home to Salina. Wow. By far the friendliest staff we’ve ever had at a fast food place. The cashier seemed like he was very new to the job, but was doing a great job and very friendly. Manager was there helping out as well, which I love to see. Food was solid, especially since I haven’t had Arbys for quite over a year. Will stop back by anytime I’m in McPherson!
Trash. Waited at the window for 20 minutes just to get asked to pull up and wait another 20 minutes. Ordered a kids meal chicken sandwich for my 3 year old and the bread and chicken are hard as a rock. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich was as small as the sandwich that came in the kids meal, thankfully this one was edible. I don't expect a whole lot out of fast food but definitely expected more after a 40 minute wait... Only get 1 star because I can't do less
The fish sandwich is great! Good to have options during lent.
Voted! #1 Worst Arby's in Kansas so far. We will no longer ever go back. We have been here so many times and nothing changes.
MEAT MOUNTAIN SO WORTH IT! JUST ASK THEY MAKE THIS LEGENDARY SECRET MENU ITEM. IT WAS GOOD. Thanks for doing it it will be my new go to sandwich for sure.
