Arby's

Grabbed a Beef & Cheddar and a Chicken Bacon Swiss for lunch today. Food was great! Fresh, hot, good amount of sauces, toppings and meat. I don't eat out as often anymore due to having so many bad experiences at various places the last couple years (including Arby's, but not this location). This was a welcome change!

I ordered through door dash and when they dropped off my order I was missing items so I called Arby's and the guy that answered was rude. I was explaining what happened and he hung up on me, so I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he immediately was rude and talked to me like i was garbage. He said he couldn't hear me but I could hear everything in the background. He also said he was saying hello mulitple times which I did not hear. I told him well he doesn't have to be rude and he just didnt care. I have never had a problem with them until now. I contacted the dasher and he apologized up and down and made it right. He bought my meal and brought it to me. And he also said that when he went back to do so, they were also rude to him. I love Arby's but I will never order from th

Order the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich & you will not have to wonder where's the beef! Curly fries were devoured before the photo & the strawberry lemonade is a must order, so good!

Called about the less than appetizing sandwich (looks like chewed up meat) we received and the manager proceeded to tell me that they fresh cut for every day. Yep, that’s me, a liar. I understand that things happen but don’t disagree with me over ONE sandwich. The rest of our order was fine but this not so much!

Roast beef and cheddar Double with extra cheese. It's messy but good comfort food to fill you up on a cold day.
