Arby's

Wife sat at speaker for over 5 mins with nobody else in drive thru line. Never had anybody take her order. Finally decided to just drive around and saw worker with headset leaned against a car smoking, another just standing at drive through window. This was around 230pm. Please do better. Not sure if short staffed or what.

This is a really clean and neat location. Nothing like jamocha shakes and having a great meal while watching ESPN. The shakes were sensational, all of the food was good as expected and consistent with Arby's core values. The dining area was kept up, very neat and clean, and very comfortable atmosphere. One of the workers who rang us up was new and did a good job but the trainer or manager was fabulous and came over and assisted her. I feel like it was Undercover Boss with a great manager. Thank you Arby's for providing a good location.

1 star is too many. This place has always had nice people running the drive through until today. Some kid girl took my card after I placed a $97 order and said my mom wants to order and she said do you want to place another order. I said yes and she acted like an idiot and said mam I don’t have to take that and all I said was yes that’s what I told you yes. I got my card back and left. This business will go to nothing with someone like that handling large paying customers.

This is my favorite place to come and I've been a regular for years. It's always been one of the only places in town that is never nasty and always quality and consistent. Recently, something has changed. From the drive-thru window you can hear the staff making the food hollering with the staff working front and window. There is some very obvious hostility in the air. Almost a younger versus older generation thing. The folks that have been here a long time and are amazing at their job seem to be getting a lot of push back from the younger folks. Most of the time lately my order is thrown together last minute while I'm already at the window and theyre arguing over what the person at the window is waiting on. Because of this, lately my food has been missing ingredients and very thrown togeth

I’m not one to post reviews but the drive thru here seriously needs work. I have sat waiting for someone to take my order for 15 minutes. The food here is great otherwise never had issues when I actually get food.
