Arby's

We've been here a few times and have never had issues whether we go through drive-thru or eat inside. The food is hot and our order is always correct. The condiments are well stocked and the inside is clean.

The manager is always so nice to me every time I go in there. The sweet tea is the best tea around! It tastes very good!! The manager does a excellent job making the tea and she always tries to get my food out to me in a hurry. I give this Arby's 5 stars!!

I made a mobile order for 3 sandwiches. 2 chicken sandwiches and one roast beef with several extra toppings. I picked it up at the drive through. When I got home one sandwich was missing and when I opened the wrapper that said roast beef, it had a chicken sandwich with the toppings I ordered on the roast beef sandwich.

This is the 6th time I've had to exchange my food in the recent weeks here at this Timberlake Location. As a customer If I pay top dollar for food I expect it to be fresh and eatable. The chicken appears to be cooked yesterday and is hard as a rock, I could not even bite through it and these fries are cold as ice. In store the crew is just standing as there were no customers during my visit, so why my food was not freshly made is beyond me. I WAS GIVEN TRASH FOOD again. I got a full refund and will no longer be a patron, again this is the 6th time I've had to exchange. Unacceptable

The only fast food place that serves burgers, but will not put Ketchup on the burger fir you. When a customer goes to a drive-through, they would like to be able to get the burger the way they want it and drive away and be able to eat it without having to stop and add different condiments to it from a packet.
