Arby's

My sandwich was cold and asked to heat it up or expecting for them to prepare a new one and they refused. Wanted to use the coupon for a free shake and presented the receipt with our current purchase. They said we would have to make another purchase refusing to honor the coupon. Staff moved so slow and had a terrible attitude. I will not go there again. Very disappointing.

The people that were working here for lunch today need a lesson in customer service. Ordered a large drink and got a medium. Ordered a large fry and it was half full. Received eye rolls every time I said something. Definitely go to a different location.

It was clean and I felt like the order taker listened well and my order was correct. But it’s fast food, so next time will probably be a toss up. I say it’s above average fast food.

This is now the third time I've came to this Arby's and wasn't served. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru at 10: 39. Claims online yall don't close till 11 but yet now the third time i have pulled up and no awnser from the speaker. It's like they expect you to sit there until they are closed because their too lazy to do their job. Look I worked fast food for over 7 years and I know how it's supposed to work. Apparently your Gm needs to visit more often or take a little more pride in your store and serving your guest. Unacceptable to say the least. I will be calling corporate Monday morning.

Went through the drive through and my fault, I didn’t check the order before I left. Ordered the French Dip combo and other items. I got the beef dip but no sandwich. Had to drive all the way back to get it, they had left it on the counter. Didn’t even make me a fresh one. By the time I got back home, the sandwich was cold and stale as well as the fries. Won’t be back.
