Arby's

I’ve been a fan of Arby’s restaurants for 30+ years, and I believe this particular location is the BEST one I’ve ever been to. It’s certainly the best fast food place in Lenoir, and it’s consistently that way. The employees are competent and act like they care about their job, and are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is always hot and fresh, and they have always gotten our orders CORRECT! That’s so rare at fast food restaurants anymore. Since moving to Lenoir we have been to this Arby’s location at least 5 times, and we’ll keep going back often.

Friendly service. Order prepared correctly and served hot. Food was good. Clean and spacious inside with plenty of seating. Nice selection of condiments. Ample parking lot for most vehicles of all sizes. Has outdoor tables too for warmer weather.

Was in utter disbelief that any employee would think it was even close to satisfactory to serve the food we received! I heard my husband gasp as he unwrapped his chicken bacon ranch sandwich. After unwrapping mine (exact same sandwich), we both stood there silently staring at the sandwiches. Then he quietly said to me, "I think it's fair to say, we need to decide where we want to order some food from".

I just left here from standing in line for almost 10 minutes. It was over 5 minutes. I was in there waiting for somebody to help me. There was a guy that came up and said he'd be with me in a little bit so I stood there and waited for a few more minutes. And anyways an old man came in and then this woman came up and she helped him and completely ignored me and acted like I wasn't there after I'd been standing there inside the store for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to help me and take my coupon!! If I'm going to be ignored like that, I'll just take my business elsewhere!!!!

I had to down grade my review, I ate here for lunch and the staff were not very friendly. And my Ruben was missing most of the meat! I love me an Arby's Ruben, but this is the first time I have had one with next to no meat on it.
