Arby's

Fast, friendly service. Stopped by with my wife and we each got the new Boxes, which are a great value. For some reason my Roast Beef sandwich had significantly less beef on it then hers, leaving me a bit hungry. I'll be trying it again because I'm assuming it was just a fluke. Eitherway, the staff was great and the restaurant was sparkling clean.

Came around 7 to an empty restaurant. Had a large order, 60 bucks worth of food. Had a family to feed. Person who took order was short w my wife and seemed bothered that we were there. Food was cold and squished in the middle w hand prints. Chicken sandwich was missing it's chicken. Soda was wrong flavor. Took photos and went back. Manager didn't apologize for the mistake or how we were treated. Was more concerned about how much money to refund instead of showing any sort of semblance of a managerial response. Treated us like we were scammers. Didn't offer anything other than refund. Let's see how corporate feels. TERRIBLE Assistant Manager.

Overall a good experience. Prices are too steep for my liking to be honest. Employees were nice enough nothing over the top but nothing horrible. It was honestly an ok experience. The cashier definitely didn’t listen to my uncles order and he had to make 2 separate orders, but again no major complaints

Arby's has always held a special place in my heart, and this location is no exception. As a former Unit Trainer here, I've witnessed its evolution over the years. Today, I indulged in a classic beef and cheddar and a Jamoca shake - a nostalgic combo that never disappoints. The sandwich was a masterpiece of salty, savory perfection, while the shake was a creamy, chocolatey dream. Evelyn, despite being new, handled my order with efficiency and a friendly smile. Her positive attitude was a refreshing addition to the experience. The familiar Arby's sign and marquee transport me back to a pivotal moment in my life. Putting up that "Help Wanted" sign in the pouring rain led to an unexpected journey that changed my life forever. That's when my children's mother and now my former wife applied. I

Order was wrong again. This seems to be a trend with Lapeer area fast food places and is the second time in a row at Arby’s. The girl at the window was not friendly at all and basically handed us our food and closed the window. I spent $48 and the order was wrong! I had also asked for marinara for my mozzarella stick, ranch for the steak bites and potato cakes and Arby’s sauce, Horsey sauce, and ketchup for our sandwiches and fries. We got absolutely NO condiments after asking for them TWICE (at the drive-through and at the window)! It’s hard to keep spending my hard earned money at a place that isn’t friendly and keeps getting the orders wrong. It’s gonna be a while before I try this place again.
