Arby's

Went to this store at 1:30 pm. Stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes without being acknowledged at all. No one at the counter was helped. Many staff filling orders at the drive thru and door dash orders. Left and went somewhere else that wanted our business.

Great roast beef sandwiches. This store location is fairly new and still in very nice condition. It has a comfortable lobby and clean bathrooms. Only real issue I had was the slowness in getting my order but that could also just be a one time thing. Give them a try.

This place is usually great, but lately the drive through has been ridiculously slow. Today I sat & waited and waited at the speaker (even blew my horn and pulled forward a couple of times) probably 10 minutes until someone came to take my order and its well past 10 minutes and I still am in line waiting to pull-up to the window for our food. I understand that are busy, but must it take 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches?!

This location is hit and miss. Some days the food is excellent (quality, presentation, proportions, taste, etc). Other days I feel like the they droopped my food on the floor, picked up the good pieces, put it back together, and gave it to me. The picutres attached are my recent visit. I got the 2 Beef n Cheddars for $5 and they both showed up like this with LESS THAN half the roast beef I expected and the curly fries were sparse to say the least. It was a small size fries, but only getting like 7 fries is rediculous. The only reason I don't give them a 1 star is because this happens about once every 3 times. And now I just check before going home when I do take out to make sure the sandwich is acceptable.

Are sandwiches were made very messily cheese and buffalo sauce were all over the wrap instead of the sandwich.
