Where's the meat?!! Definitely wasn't as advertised! Tasted great, but seriously, 2 thin slices of brisket, one slice was folded over on one end, and the rest was fried onions! For the price, it was so disappointing!! Service was excellent, though, and all food was hot and fresh. I'm hoping they maybe were running short on brisket, and this isn't the usual. I will try another at a different location and take pictures to compare. When you advertise that "We have the meats," and then you keep the meats. What's up with that?! Arby's, you usually do better!

I ordered the beef tips three different times. First time they were wonderful. 2nd and 3rd time sever pieces were half fat! Because of the coating you couldn’t tell until you took a bite. Very discouraging.

*** UPDATE SINCE I POSTED THIS REVIEW CORPORATE ASKED ME TO CONTACT THEM AND I DID THAT WAS A WEEK AGO I'VE NOT HEARD ANYTHING . SO APPARENTLY EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW GETS A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE JUST SO THAT IT LOOKS GOOD BUT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY SPEAK TO YOU IN RETURN ****I went to grab a door dash order. After 22 minutes of watching the employees just hold empty bags and stare at the screen like they were just...lost I asked for the manager. Only to find out the person who was so confused was the manager. Mind you the order I was picking up AND the 10 people in the lobbys orders were ready. Just sitting in the expo window. The manager says to me he's busy and other orders take priority which seemed to be the drive thru. I will mention that since I had to stand there for over 25 minutes I

Average. Service was slow despite a very low customer volume. None of the drink machines worked due to no CO2 and they were out of sweet tea. Also out of ketchup, mustard and horsey sauce. AND, the shake machine was broken! Had the Ruben sandwich and smoked brisket sandwich. Both were hot and tasty. Definitely needs some leadership upgrades. Otherwise, definitely not my best Arby’s experience; not my worst either.

i should've gotten the Reuben. 5 cars ahead of me took over 20 min. the 1/2 lb beef n cheddar was barely warm as were the fries. there may have been a tablespoon of cheese sauce. the fries barely filled the large container. all that and NINE sauce packets.
