Arby's

Do yourself a favor and either go to the Arby’s in Middlesboro or make your way on up to a different one anyone but here I’ve been giving this place a chance for over a decade occasionally I’ll stop in. I’ll grab some things. See if they’ve gotten any better but they haven’t. They’re not clean they make you wait forever. The portion sizes aren’t what they should be way less and honestly there it will make you sick eating here but now if you go down the road to Middlesboro, it’s quite possibly one of the best Arby’s that you could ever eat at so just do yourself a favor and if you’re in the mood for Arby’s and you’re in this area, just go onto the next town. It’s only like 10 minutes away because this place is just absolute

The staff there were exceptional. They were quick to get the food done, didn't miss anything, and were amazing with there customer service.

My wife went inside as we stopped here coming through from Virginia. Staff was in a huge rush complaining about how they would never be out of there being so busy. After they gave her our order her receipt was crumpled and thrown in the garbage. She asked for it back, got it and came out. Our order was wrong missing items but the worst part was her sandwich was wrapped up and the CHEESE IS IN THE WRAPPER!! STORE MANAGER wouldn't open the door and said come tomorrow. We'll be contacting customer support and the health department.

We stopped here yesterday for lunch and when I got home I wasn't feeling well. Later on I was in the bathroom all evening throwing up and had loose diarrhea, I will not eat there ever again. I got food poisoning really bad and im still not feeling the best. All I got was #2 arbys sandwich and fries.

On point definitely stepped up the game!! Shout out to the crew that worked 11/5/2025 @ 8pm
