Arby's

I am a local and love arbys but nvr have the time to go there. So we decided to eat there for valentines day . The employees are outstanding. Fresh food and positive additudes keep up the great jobs. .

My family stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes and never had a person come to take our order. Several times we had employees look our way and refuse to acknowledge we were there. No greeting, no we will be with you in a moment, nothing. We left and went to Wendy's where we were actually greeted and served.

This location needs better staff. 3rd visit because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Order in the drive thru, parked next door to eat, not even 2 mins in the bag, sandwich cold, pasta cold and slapped in a cardboard sandwich box making the bottoms super saggy. Even had to repeat my order 3 time. Never coming back to this location…

Irks me when you take the time to go inside on a takeout order and ask specifically for the raspberry sauce for your jalapeño poppers, the guy acknowledges, and then doesn't put any in your order. Gave us plenty of marinara sauce and we didn't need that for anything.

Update-05.13.2023- This stop wasn't too bad. This time I had the Pastrami on Rye Sandwich and the Chicken Slider. My wife had the 1/2Pound Roast Beef (requested as a wrap instead). My son and his fiance both had the Bourbon Beef Slider. Everything tasted good. My wifes wrap was actually prepared as we asked and she really enjoyed it. The kiddos also enjoyed their sliders. I loved the Pastrami Sandwich. My 3 stars comes from the Chicken Slider. It looked good (as the pics will show) but from the first bite, I just wasn't getting the "mmm" sensation. The chicken seemed dry. Dry enough that the crunch was not an easy bite through but required some scissoring and pulling. The final pic was when I decided that I just could not finish it. I still love this Arby's and see this as a food managem
