Arby's

I wanted to give this Arby’s a try and to support the local businesses. Especially because the parking lot is not usually busy. I ordered a beef & cheddar sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich was messy because the kitchen prep person threw the buns on lopsided and the cheese was on one side of the sandwich. The curly fries were all too crispy and burnt. Now this could be a one time bad day for them. But, it was a disappointing meal.

Went in to pick up 2 to go orders, which were ready immediately at piping hot. The man working there was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He even wrote a friendly note on both receipts To give the customer a smile! 🙂

This place is very new and looks really nice inside, but there are some problems already at this place. The employees aren’t that nice when I was taking my order I got attitude for asking for certain things I didn’t want on my sandwich. If you complain about something they do not take it nicely and start talking back. The food is alright, there’s nothing really to complain about. It’s just very average. The fries are usually warm and the meat is room temperature. I wouldn’t take a stop here for food. Go to somewhere else nearby if your looking for some fast food.

This is A. Brand new arby's. It is so clean and the people there are so nice went there 2 weeks ago and I had a young man named Henry who waited on us for a big order. Everything was right. Everything was good and very friendly today. We went and we did a online order. Because I received a coupon. And same thing. I wish I would've got the lady's name but I think the manager was helping her. Everything was right delicious and I appreciated the coupon. Keep doing what you're doing.🧡❤️💜💛💙

All five of the condiment pumps we're empty of product. Cashier was great friendly and efficient. Sandwich preparer threw the cheese on one side of the sandwich and stack the beef in a ball in the middle of the bun very sloppy preparation. Tighten up the training operation and employee motivation perhaps. We usually enjoy Arby's - first time at this location.
