$13.00 for me is this? Get the hell out of here. This is an absolute scam I feel like I just got robbed, the sad thing my time is more Valuable to run back to the restaurant to complain. I have three kids and obligations and don’t have the time for this but this is the last time. Round 2 after receiving two free sandwich vouchers from corporate and then writing my a sincere apology letter asking my business back I get a bunch of onions and barely any meat. Final time I go to any Arby’s, I have never seen such a lousy $8 sandwich in my life. This is highway robbery and then after complaining and asking both the cashier and manager on duty if they would pay $8 dollars for this sandwich they both were speechless and then finally said well I guess. No one in their right mind should pay $8 buc

Sorry guys, I really don't mean to be cranky, but upon getting home after pickup, was disappointed. I ordered a 1/2 lb RB plain. Just the bun and meat. Got home to discover the bizarre substance you somehow call "Cheddar" all over my sandwich. Wisconsin wants to have a word with you. Normally I love cheese. Which ET alien did you get the recipe for this Abomination? I specifically said plain RB 1/2.

If youre gonna have someone wait 5 minutes to even take their payment at least make sure Fries are fresh please. Burger was, why not fry?

Drive thru was extremely polite, friendly and courteous! She double checked my order and food was hot!
