Arby's

I bought 2 market fresh sandwich’s and a order of 4 mozzarella sticks 28$ I got one of the sandwiches made from the heels of the loaf when I called in and spoke to the manager the called me a lier& when I ask for her phone # to send her a pic……needless to say she declined …. Hears my lie…. I WILL NEVER go to the Arby’s in heath…they lie their food is terrible an customer service is atrocious…..I’ll make the trip to 21st street AND they’re MUCH more pleasant. Never mind you my first job in my life for the first eight years with fast food. It’s not that hard and in fast food in my day you’re never right how can you tell people how they want their food and then to call somebody a liar she should not be a manager.

After eating Taco Bell, I got sick with Explosive Diarrhea from soft tacos that tasted like dollar bills and hand sanitizer. Arby's tasted good. Real good.

During the day, this Arby's is very quick and efficient. Food is also good. Unfortunately, at night, they're usually super slow. Tonight, I tried to pick up an order (I'm a Doordasher) and they were completely out of roast beef. Pretty sad that an Arby's would be out of roast beef.

Was there the last 2 nights on the way home from work, hot fresh food and great service, Brandi was a gem!!! This is the only location really cares about their customers!!

Had their new italian sub. After I scraped off 2 full tablespoons of garlic mayo, it was not loaded. Just a so-so taste, so I wouldn't get it again, which I hate to say, because usually I'm pleased. Skip the new sandwich, buy the usual, you'd be better off. Sorry to say, but true.
