Arby's

I went to the Arby’s in Hazel green for dinner and was really impressed. The clerk that helped me and took my order was Brooklyn! Very knowledgeable about the food and menu. She was very friendly and the main reason I give this Arby’s a great review. Food was fresh and hot and service was impeccable.

Stopped in for lunch and had the French Dip with Jalapeño poppers...which is my usual at Arby's....10/10! It was great! 👍 The service was great; everyone was so friendly. The lobby was clean and I even received coupons. Awesome visit! Ngl...every time I visit this particular Arby's, it's great! Keep up the great work!👏👏👏

Arby's I've got a beef. I would be concerned If I owned the Hazel Green store (in a chain known for selling roast beef sandwiches, with a slogan like, "We've got the meat") if my customers were being told "we are out of roast beef because SOMEONE didn't do their job." It happened October 1, 2022 at 7:00 pm, a college football Saturday night. Other market fresh selections were also unavailable because your store was out of other meats too. As I ordered, the driver of a pick-up truck which had been waiting in the (lengthy) drive-thru line showed his displeasure by stopping to lay on his horn beside a car waiting at the window in frustration. In addition, the floor inside near the drink station was a sticky mess. The condiment counter space was sloppy with dried on goo and soda as well. Ano

Update – November 9, 2025: I visited this location around 6:15 PM to purchase a Beef & Cheddar meal with a valid coupon. After the cashier rang up my order, I mentioned the coupon. The manager told me they couldn’t redo the transaction because they would “get in trouble.” When I asked why they couldn’t simply cancel and restart the order, I was told they just wouldn’t serve me. A customer in the store then became aggressive toward my mother and me as we were leaving, and the manager threatened to call the police instead of handling the issue professionally. I’ve reported the situation to Arby’s corporate and local law enforcement because of how unnecessary and unsafe the encounter became.
