Arby's

While I do like Arby's shrinkflation has really hit in their value menu. Over $3 per sandwich and it wasn't even worth it. I asked which offered the most sandwiches and they didn't even tell me about the four for $10 deal on classic roast beef. My fries were the tail end of the batch as they were all overcooked small and crispy. While the flavor was excellent they still were not premium crop. For over $50 meal I would have expected much better. I think it's going to be a long while before we hit up an Arby's ever again.

Weird occurrence here today. I ordered my food and then was waiting for the bathroom. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and a line of women formed behind me and I watched 5 different men get a turn at their bathroom. After seeing the line form behind me I didn’t want to be that person who never checked if someone was actually in the bathroom. Their doors say “In Use” when locked but sometimes those can be broken and it had been so long I thought maybe it was empty or worse, maybe the person inside was sick. I knocked very loudly because it’s a loud restaurant and the bathroom is right by the kitchen. I heard someone say “just a minute” and knew we were just waiting and things were fine then. Food and service was good employee was fast the men’s bathroom was clean but it’s only one toilet so I hope they rebuild it with a bigger bathroom

The customer service was good, the food was what I expect from Arby's, but the men's restroom... well, it was disgusting. As you can see in my photos, I was afraid to wash my hands in the sink, much less even touch the soap dispenser. Luckily I had hand sanitizer with me.

Normally I save reviews for exceptional service. This Arby’s has it! After driving cross country, we’ve eaten at almost every fast food place in the last week, but this Arby’s was the BEST on this trip! Really clean and the food was hot, delicious and delivered quickly. The staff, especially Kirk, who took our order, were efficient and friendly! So, if you’re traveling across Kansas, stop into the Arby’s in Hays, Kansas, and enjoy a beef & cheddar and a chocolate shake! A great meal for 2 under $25!
