Arby's

What a disappointment! This BBQ Brisket sandwich has to be Arby's latest joke. Absolutely NOTHING like advertised (again @Arby's)!! Do yourself a favor and save your $!! And for over $16 for the combo, this is a rip off. Over 1/3 of what's advertised / pictured, this near room temperature soggy sandwich doesn't even come WITH BBQ, but rather it's sadly served on the side... cold, in a packet. WHERE'S the beef around here?!? And where was a decent sandwich? Leaving today VERY disappointed and a little hungry.

Lady taking the order/ at the window was rude as hell. Took my money then slammed the window. And when she handed me my food she basically threw it at me. This at 11pm on march 7. I get it was an hour till close but I just traveled 10 hours and was hungry. Definitely not impressed with the service!!!

Waited about ten minutes in the drive through. Motz and shake were good, steak nuggets were nothing to write home about. And for the girl in the window, if you're ballsy enough to slander and lie about me (SHIFT LEADS CANT FIRE PEOPLE. At least get your facts straight if you're gonna say I fired you) then at least look me in the eye when I come through. I hope the management in here knows you walked out and that you slander your previous management all over the internet and harass the employees through the drive through. Have fun my beloved shift leads, you're next!

Lids were not on. Dumped milkshake all over my floor and myself. French fries were not fresh. Greenville oh needs to do better

SANDWICHS WERE GREAT FRIES BOTH ORDERS COLD .SHOULDN'T SPEND 25 DOLLARS FOR A MEAL AND IT BE COLD. WOULD TAKE BACK BUT WAS DRIVE THRU. EMPLOYEES NEED TI BE BETTER TRAINED ON COLD FOOD.
