Arby's

Really nice experience today. The staff was very kind and courteous and the food was fresh and tasted very good. I love that the restaurant is new, and still looks and smells new. The parking lot is a little tricky to navigate with a larger vehicle but not impossible. Very convenient location right by I-20 and a nice option to have nearby our home.

I wouldn’t use this location. Ordered online, arrived after the food was ready and still had to pull into a spot. Noticed I didn’t receive the dipping sauce for the French Swiss, went back through the line and received it and the drink that I ordered. I get home and realize they didn’t give us the fries and gave us incorrect sandwiches. Don’t waste your time and go to the one on highway 25 instead. It really isn’t difficult to follow instructions.

Employees and other people were being very loud and obnoxious. French dip sandwich and roast beef sandwiches were all cold, including the aju dip for the french dip.Swiss sandwich cold. Would not recommend to anybody to eat at that arby's.

Attempted to dine-in. Its Friday 10/3/25 at 3:45pm and no other customers in the dining room. A female employee working the drive through window and two male employees making food. We stood up at the counter 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the employees. The female employee even came out from around the counter to fill a drink and walked right back over to the drive through window, ignoring us completely. We turned around and walked out. We will give our money to a place that appreciates are business!!!

First time stopping at this Arby’s & what a disappointment. First they didn’t have curly fries (no big deal, ok) after I order and pay I get my food and get home to sit down to eat. No extra sauce that I had to pay for, the fries had wayyyyy to much salt, I had pennies in the bottom part of the cup of fries, & I ordered the original #1 sandwich & they didn’t put any sauce on it…. Like are you for real! Definitely will never stop at this one again!
