Arby's

I eat out maybe once a month at a fast food joint. Today a guy ordered for 5 minutes straight in drive thru I finally got up and placed my order in seconds. I go to window and pay they ask me to pull into a spot and they would bring my food out. 10 minutes later she brings my food I pull off when I get to main Street I grab a fry and it's cold I pick up the sandwich and it's cold cheeze cold and didn't even melt a tad on it. The girls were pleasent at window but the food, when you have someone. Wait 10 min for their food and they bring it to you cold is very disrespectful I will not be going there again. Ridiculous

Pre-ordered on line then waited in the drive through for 45 minutes. I gave my name at the intercom and they confirmed it then they claimed they couldn't find it. Another 10 minutes waiting for them to figure out it was on the counter getting cold that whole time.

Always go to this place. Never let me down love the food. Pictured is the new pulled pork sandwich.

Ive been in several Arbys and they were all 4-5 star. This Arbys in Goldsboro is the nastiest Arbys I've ever seen. There was no napkins, no lids for the combo drink, and no sweet tea. The floors have straw wrappers, napkins, onion rings and dirt everywhere.The can't get the trash in the trash bin as they were over flowing. My wife and I watched the man waiting on us fill the onion ring containers with no gloves on. Does Goldsboro have a health department or is this acceptable? The people were very nice but they dont need to be handling food with no gloves on. Oh, by the way I took pictures to prove what I saw.

Great service and very friendly. There was a crew member cleaning up in the dining area like every 5 minutes. Food came out hot and fast. And they don't cheat you out of the roast beef lol. Watched ESPN while I ate and relaxed for lunch.
