Went thru drive thru, received the wrong sandwich. Also, ordered 5 piece jalapeño bites but there was only 3 in my container. I was in a hurry to get somewhere so I didn't have time to go back.
I ordered a ham sandwich with pickles and lettuce and 2 potato cakes. Got the sandwich but np cakes. Thanks Ron
Tonight I came thru the drive thru box and was told to hold. I ended up sitting there for ten minutes before deciding to back up and pull forward again. This time I was asked to take my order, and all I wanted was a sandwich. Afterwards I pulled up to the window where one young lady was counting the register (which took time), then a second young lady was standing there fiddling with her headset- neither one of them acknowledged me. After sitting there for almost five minutes, I pulled off. Not okay.
Waited for about 10 mins in drive thru the worker apologized for the wait but when I got home my burger was pink in the inside which is not normal after I took a couple bites tried calling 3 times no answer and I just got off work soooo now I’m hungry and the fries was hard but whatever.
Was here on 12/14/25 at 12:10p. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. The entire place was very clean. I highly recommend.
