Arby's

Server was nice enough, but when I asked for several of two kinds of sauces I was given one single packet of sauce of a kind I didn't ask for. And the roast beef sandwich was dry. Not cool.

Really clean. Food was hot and fresh. The staff was super attentive, nice, well groomed, not on their phones and even brought us napkins when my son spilled his drink. Wish all the Arby's were this nice! :)

It took forever to get our food but everything was hot and delicious. The mint chocolate shake is back but there is not chocolate pieces in the shake just on the top. Not the same, but good.

Mozzarella sticks missing marinara, sandwich sat on counter way to long before they looked at it then realized they needed to cook Mozzarella sticks and curly fries. Curly fries were mushy and not crispy. Brisket sandwhich just looked and tasted like a thicker cut of their roast beef and not brisket. No smoke flavor at all on the beef. The BBQ sauce and onion crisps were the only good thing. They offered to replace meal if I come back but not sure i want the same experience again. They were not busy and just didn't seem to care about getting food out hot.

I'm just not as impressed as I use to be . The employees did a good job but it was using friendliness. The setting is ok. But could use a facelift . I'll go back.. food was good..
