Dear Arby’s Customer Service, I would like to share feedback from a disappointing experience at your [location] restaurant. I ordered the Bacon Turkey & Cheese sandwich, which was served cold, along with fries that were not fresh. Before placing my order, I asked the server if I could receive hot fries and was assured they were being cooked. Unfortunately, what I received was barely warm, some fries were hard, and they tasted as though they had been sitting for a while. I spoke with the manager on duty that evening, but unfortunately, he did not offer any helpful resolution. I truly value Arby’s, but this experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect. Staff at this location is top notch! I only go to this location because of the staff! I can't say enough about the ladies that work the drive thru in the mornings! Them ladies deserve a very nice raise.

I ordered in the drive thru. The older lady ‘Candy’ taking my order simply said Hello. No invitation to order. When I got to the window, she stopped ‘Amir employee’ as he was walking past, seemingly to warn him of an upcoming meeting. He seemed immediately disturbed, as if he was asking, ‘what is it now?’. She responds ‘I’ll tell you when we sit down. Nothing bad.’ She then turns to me and says ‘Pull up while we wait for your order’ Lack of professionalism and little courtesy to the customer. Additionally, I waited 20 minutes for my food to come out.

The workers had great customer service skills! Our food was, hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was clean comfortable.

Service at this location is very good, short wait times. Orders are accurate. Food is very good. Prices are reasonable. I would have rated 5-stars, if the meat was hot. But it is usually only slightly warm.
