Arby's

I stopped going to this establishment for a while after getting sick from a chicken sandwich and decided to give this place one more chance. Today I went and got 2 burger meals and the person taking my order was not listening at all. What happens next takes the cake, I get my food and look in the bag and its all there, but as soon as I get home my burgers had no buns.. if there was a bun shortage they could of told me or used a different bun. Get it together Arbys!

Ordered smokehouse brisket meal, see picture. Then I received a sandwich with no meat! Look at picture. I take it to the manager Robbie and he said they weigh the meat to ensure it's 3oz! I requested my money back and went to McDonald's near by. Guaranteed if Robbie made this sandwich for him self, it would be overflowing with meat, or at least it would resemble the picture as advertised!

Fast food chain restaurant featuring sandwiches with sliced meats and toppings. In addition to fries as sides, there are many other side offerings including, mozzarella sticks, potato cakes, and others. Arbys offers a nice alternative to hamburgers. This location has wonderful service and a nice (clean) dining area.

Ordered a beef and cheddar combo at the drive through but when I got home the sandwich had no cheddar on it and the curly fries tasted like they were from yesterday and not edible. Very disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

This Arbys has provided me with the best and most consistently good experiences out of any fast food restaurant in wenatchee / east wenatchee. I have never had a signal issue here for any reason. Order is always correct and staff is always quick and attentive with food as well as service.
