If I could give 10 stars to this location I would. 10 out of 10 from the service staff being polite to the food being hot. Do recommend

The commercials look great. The food you get is horrendous. Unless it were free, and I was starving and had no alternative, the food that is created for you is pitiful and should never be eaten. Obviously, the workers do not care, at all, what product you receive. Also obviously, the management cares the same amount: not at all.

Short handed staff that agues with each other. Super polite staff to all of the customers. Clean facility. Little bit of a wait time.

I got reallg bad food last Saturday night. I didn’t check it till I got home. Couldn’t find a way to call customer service number. I tried to order through the app after I left my gym at 9:40 but kept getting a message the order would be for tomorrow if placed it then so I drove through the drive through. I had to pull up and wait on fries but I ordered Swiss dip roast beef sandwich. When I got home the roast beef was a dried up dark color on the edges and the cheese was melted and stuck to the brown paper. It looked like the sandwich was old. I spent $13 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. It was awful.

First and last time the lady at the window was rude the food I got is like hard like a rock whenever I passed I feel like I should try it omg just waste of money and time this place is like trash even trash can is better then employe at drive thru. She through the food when I check no sause on it I ask so she was even I can’t express my feelings no hate but that’s was my experience
