Arby's

Cleanliness: 5/5, staff: 5/5, quality of food: 5/5. Coming in during a lunch rush I was greeted and even complimented. I took some time to scan the menu before ordering and with a classic bacon burger. The food came out hot in a matter of minutes and there were plenty of sauces for me to choose from. The interior was pleasant and clean along with the bathrooms being well taken care of. Overall, best Arby's I have visited in a while. Thanks for the coupons!

Shrinkflation has hit Arby's big-time. I went to lunch with my coworker, I ordered with a coupon that was supposed to be a coupon for 2 people. It included two roast beef sandwiches. My sandwich had only 2 slivers of roast beef. So this is what it has come to Arby's? I had another coupon that I used to buy 2 more roast beef sandwiches just to get full, as the sandwiches are so pitiful. Not a good sign for Arby's.

Food was good. Didn't smell like a horse as the one in Muscle Shoals sometimes does. Clean dining area. Pleasant staff. My sandwich was a regular, had lots of meat - I gave half of the meat to another in my party. When I'm next in the mood for Arby's, I'll certainly head to Decatur instead of The Shoals!

Came in about 6pm for dinner and the food was kind of cold except the fries which were cold and excessively greasy tasting. Not likely to come back to this store again. The boy behind the counter is more interested in his cell phone than anything else. Update, Was contacted by Arbys and asked to fill out a complaint form . Did so addressing the service issue , cold food , greasy food that both my wife and I experienced . They said we are sorry and we will address the issues with the staff and will be sending you a gift to show you how sorry we are that this happened and how committed we are to good service and food quality . Three weeks later I get a free sandwich coupon as a thank you for wasting around $20 on horrible food and rude service . This in my mind is pretty much an insult and

The Italian sub, I was so happy to see it come back but they didn't toast the bread. For the price they should have. It would be so much better! Their sweet tea always tastes like dirt on multiple occasions. It seems like maybe they never clean the urn they store it in or something.
