Arby's

A very sweet, friendly girl at the register has taken our order a couple times now. She was knowledgeable when I asked a question about a new item. And our orders have been delicious, accurate, and ready in a reasonable amount of time.

It's Arby's. Food is pretty good, came out quick and warm. Employee running the drive-thru seems to think people can hear his whispers while it's raining.

Went to the Arby's on S 2nd Street on Thursday, 10/9/2025, while we were home from Alabama, visiting family. We went inside, just to have a break from riding in the vehicle. What a mistake. First of all, we were greeted with flies. Not just one or two, but more like 20 or 30 flies. Horrible, they were on the tables, the chairs, windows. We finally found a bar like table with no flies on it, but it had been recently wiped down with something that left a mess on the table, all tables appeared to be that way. We had to take napkins and wipe the tables off again. Oh, ordering??? The girl at the register had no kind of customer service experience at all, let alone any kind of personality. No smiles, no nothing. There was not even a thank you as I paid her, no welcome as I thanked her

Stopped tonight for some dinner. All the lights are on, no one would answer us at the drive thru, after sitting for 10 minutes, we left. First and only time here. Will not be back.

I love my Arby's 😍 but .. the inconsistency across mid Ohio is ridiculous... I have to visit four different stores to get one good drink one good french fry one good sauce and one good sandwich this is crazy 🏴🏴🏴❤️🇺🇸 I want to mention I appreciate the workers. I still eat Arby's all the time with inconsistent food but I'm grateful for all fast food employees serving me a hot meal. Because I couldn't handle that job... Thank you 🏴🏴🏴❤️❤️❤️🇺🇸
