Arby's

Food was okay. But the Arby’s Sauce was out! And I thought it was odd the single mother employees had their kids with them. Maybe normal for Clovis?

This location was recently remodeled and updated. Service continues to be just mediocre. Employees are competent, just don’t appear to be happy. Service was a little slow. Like most fast food joints, the pictures of the food represent about 150% of the average food portion served.

Went thru drive in. Took 5 minutes sitting at the speaker to order, then 10 minutes at the pickup window. Employee was rude! Wasn’t asked if we wanted Arby’s sauce. No way to treat customers.

Waited over 20 minutes at the counter before anyone ever acknowledged that I was there. When the woman finally stopped playing around with her coworker long enough to take the two steps to the register to take our order she was extremely rude acting like we completely inconvenienced her by coming in to order food. When my 5 year old asked if the kids meal come with a toy she had to audacity to scoff at her. 100% will never eat at this location again.

Place was very clean, had to ask twice to get the shake we ordered, other than that service was good. Food was very good and fresh.
