Arby's

This Arby's is located in Chadron, NE. on the North side of highway 🛣 20 towards the West end of town. Great service 👏 very helpful and courteous staff 😉👍 I really like the ham and cheese

Closed early with employees standing around. Went back fries were dry and stale no curls to be seen sandwich was light and dry meaning barley any sauce so not happy right now with my order plus I asked for Arby's sauce and I ordered a medium cury frie and a double beef and cheddar with just two packets of sauce who the heck makes this bs up honestly

the drive thru employee was miserable and both sandwiches couldn’t even get eaten because the buns were soggy and gross, there was more sauce ALL over the wrappers than on the sandwich itself. food was old not fresh whatsoever cold when we took it out of the bag RIGHT after we got it. very disappointed and won’t be back for a while, AGAIN, as this is an almost every time we come here thing.

Maybe the FAST in fast food was the friends we made along the way. I got here around 12:00, Ive never had an issue with Arby's in the past 15 minute wait max. This time I went in, the cashier was being obviously rude, rolling his eyes at the customers Infront of me and sighing loudly. Jeremiah was the cashier. Anyways, I ordered, sat down to waited, it took 30 minutes. And the entire time the team was basically screaming at each other and continuously being rude. And then my foot was out, apparently it was out for a while, and nobody called my name. When I went up to get my order the manager told me. When I sat down with my family our fish sandwich was missing. I told the manager about my sandwich missing and she did apologize but I'm still upset about it. Whoever was the manager on shift

Hadn’t been there in a while, not sure why, but the service was good and the food was excellent.
