Wow. Really good French dip sandwiches. Really good crispy big fish piece sandwiches . Really good Reuben sandwich Flavor, freshness, tenderness, juiciness ,variety of available of add on sauces, good service make the whole eating experience very enjoyable. Their other sandwiches are also delicious, and mouth watering. I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket combos and a single roast beef for $47. The lady who took my order sounded annoyed and asked 5x if that would be all when I placed the order at the drive thru and then gave me the wrong change by $10. When I told her that I was given the wrong change she removed her headset and walked away and her manager then came and also gave the the wrong change. I got home to this sandwich. Word of advice: if you are going to provide terrible customer service and charge $47 at a fast food restaurant the least you can do is provide food that resembles what I ordered. The fries were gross too. What a disappointment.

I visited the Arby’s drive-thru on October 25th at 8:54 PM, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the cashier, whose name was listed as Alex (if that is her real name). Her behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. While I was placing my order, she made rude comments about me in Spanish, saying that I didn’t know how to order or what I was doing. I understood every word she said and told her directly not to talk about me like that. Instead of apologizing, she clapped her hands and continued to speak to me in a condescending tone, telling me what I “should have done” when ordering. I've been Arby's curious my whole life, and I finally went today. Not bad! The infamous roast beef was kind of a let down--I knew it wouldn't be deli slices, but the stuff they've got doesn't have much draw besides the excuse to lick up radioactive yellow cheese sauce (probably the best part of the sando) The mozzarella sticks were great, and they were even better stuffed into the value menu Buffalo Chicken sandwich! This duo is where Arby's starts really earning its stars: great breading, sweet and soft bun, creamy mayo, total knockout. The menu's big too, I feel like I owe it to myself to go back and explore more of what they have to offer, so they must be doing something right

Yesterday picked up couple "premium" (higher priced) sandwiches here in the afternoon, found a hair in one of them! The other was dry and stale. Felt quite sick after eating them, still queasy the day after. Not worth the deals to come here. Poor food safety standards.
