Arby's

Food was uneatable. Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, they were no longer warm, hard and dry with a foul taste. They couldn't be eaten. They were completely out of sauce too, which seemed odd. It was very bad.

Ordered online and picked up in store. They handed me a bag and none of my drinks. I told the lady at the window that I was missing my drinks and she huffed and asked what I had...she just seemed super ticked that I had ordered there. I was polite and thanked her and headed on my way with my food. Then we we got home we realized that my wife's jalapeño poppers were burned and gross looking. This is completely unacceptable. The attitude was bad enough, on top of the fact that I ordered the food myself online so all they had to do was read what I already gave them and they can't be bothered, but the worst of it is giving people food that looks like this. This just shows that they don't even care or try anymore.

25 dollars for 2 beef and cheddars and a medium order of curly fries. When my husband gets home with it there was a medium box of curries only half full and no he didn’t eat them. Just sad you pay that much and don’t get a full order.

Day shift is decent , but night shift is another story. I just went inside bought 3 meals to go just to get home to discover the top buns on 2 of the sandwiches was burnt, the roast beef was cold along with the 3 large curly fries bein cold & old enough my dog wouldn’t even eat them.

I got the new steak nuggets. I have got them 2 times now at 2 different Hardee's and great at both locations. Try them. You will glad you did.
