I ordered the cream cheese poppers. That was the only thing I ordered. So when I found out how the frying quality has gone down dramatically. Very sad, I liked working there.
We did the online order. They were out of milk that we ordered. The lady getting our order ready was so sweet and got us a drink substitute. They were very busy. Restaurant was clean. Would stop here again.
Family picked up food for me as I got off work very nice of them. They asked me what I wanted I said i dunno something big... they got me some burger...had the word big on it. I bite it...weird...something hard? Why are my teeth cold? I took a picture for everyone's food poisoning pleasure
Out of ham. Odd when you slogan literally says, “We have the meats!” Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response till I yelled “hello!” Proceeded to take my order 3 different times. Asked me to stop saying my order because she was helping another customer. Sitting in the drive thru typing this, fingers crossed food is good!
This is the dirtiest Arby’s I’ve ever seen. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.
