Arby's

I don’t understand why nearly every single time we stop here, they never have roast beef. Isn’t that what Arby’s is supposed to have?!?! They have been “out of stock” on the smokehouse brisket sandwich for over two weeks. Went inside to eat, the staff seemed to focus only on the drive through. When I finally received my order, I asked for tartar sauce, it was too much of a bother for Mary to help me. With attitude, she said she had to help the drive through and walked off. Now Sam was working his butt off, he had such a positive attitude, he was running the front, taking orders, running to the back and filling orders, running orders out the front door, then had to deal with all the customers complaining about lack of roast beef and slow service. Update: 08/23/25 About 5PM Had to come back and taketh off a starth. In all seriousness. Spent $40 on Mac & Cheese (a new favorite), chicken strips, and a couple big meals. Mine was the chicken cordon bleu, crinkle fries and a zero sugar Lemonade. Usually spot on and fabulous! This time, not so much. Every piece of the entire order was old and hard. Not just a little - a whole heck of a lot. The chicken was old and rubbery, like chicken gets when its old. I couldn't eat it because it was too hard. One chicken tender was about an inch long and counted as one tender. I bought the chicken to share with dogs, and my toothless dog couldn't eat the chicken or fries. Now that about says it all. The fries were old, hard and crunched when bent. Very very disappointed. Maybe I could let it go.... bu

The place left a very average impression overall, nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the potato cakes — they were so soaked in oil that it was unpleasant to eat. The food really needs more attention to quality and more care in preparation.

Whoever is working the line at 7 am on the 15th of February needs to learn how to wrap a French dip. Reached into the bag and grabbed the middle of the sandwich and BOTH ends come falling out if each end. Seriously? That's ridiculous. Edit After I started eating I discovered that the au jus is essentially just hot water. Has ZERO flavor. This is probably the worst Arby's in the country.

I ordered potato cakes and chicken strips. I couldn’t use any of their sugar-laden sauces. The chicken strips themselves were awfully sweet. I couldn’t eat them due to health issues. I ate a potato cakes, it wasn’t seasoned. I ended up just throwing the meal away. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of explaining why their food was not to my taste. I loved Arby’s a few decades ago, food quality degraded just like Wendy’s McDonalds, BW2, etc.
