Arby's

Visiting from out of town, and I ordered nearly $50 worth of food at this location. However, immediately upon placing the order I was stopped by miles of a First Responder Memorial procession, and was obviously turned around by the police. No big deal, I’ll figure something out. I called the store and no answer. I called again, no answer. I called a third time and received a hold tone like they took the phone off the hook. I called two more times. I called the 800-Arby’s number and the person told me the store would call me back to cancel the order, but to keep calling. (Photo of my call logs attached). I called again and finally someone picked-up. Sweet, easy fix right? Nope! They gave my food to a DoorDash driver, so the order had been picked-up. Now there wasn’t an order to cancel.

A wonderful experience! Great atmosphere! Employees who are happy to be a part of a great team. Hot fresh food! Tables, floors, drinks, sauce bar, and restrooms 🚻 are clean and stocked with the essentials. Everything is handicap ♿️ accessible! Way to go, Arby's in Angola IN.

Normally pretty good to eat at. But today we had a bad experience. Gave us the wrong sandwiches going thru the drive thru. There was a black hair in the french dip wrapper. My wife and i called a lot and they kept declining it so my wife had to waste gas to go in and they asked if she was the one calling and what she needed being very rude. My wife has allergies and they were saying are you the one with the squeaky voice from the drive thru. They finally made us the right food and gave our money back. Still very unhappy bc i know too person that runs it and if he was there this would not have happened to us. I don't know if we will ever go back.

Must be a evening shift problem. Lunch has always been fine here. Was asked to pull forward. Person had ro come out 3 times to ask what drink we were missing. But the worst of it was they messed up the whole with the sides. Messed up my sandwich, sent it back on the 3rd time he asked what drink we were missing. Brought out a 2nd sandwich and it was still wrong. Unfortunately, with all the time we sat in the drive thru, I didn't have enough time to go back in and have them make it right.

Great service and food. Nice extra clean place on 11/23/25. 1:15 PM Excellent crew on at that time. Brett did an excellent job. Keep the good help. Excellent turn around on the place.
