I recently visited the Arby’s on Mississippi Ave in Ada, OK, and it was a complete letdown. For a total of $50, I expected fresh, quality food, but what I received was unacceptable. The Issues: • Cold & Stale: The food was served cold, and the fries were noticeably stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours. • Poor Value: The sandwiches had significantly more bread than meat. At these prices, you expect a decent portion, not a bun-heavy meal. • Incorrect Order: I ordered an Italian Roast Beef with dip. What I received was not an Italian Roast Beef; it was a cold sandwich with celery on it and absolutely no flavor. • Quality Control: It is clear that the food is being prepped hours in advance instead of being made to order. We love this Arby's! The staff very friendly and professional! Super about making your order exactly what you want, or replacing if you are not satisfied, or something isn't missing. This is one of the best Arby's we have ever been too! And food delicious! Shayla, the young lady manager, and the others are fantastic! ❤️🌹

Service and food was great. Drinks could surevuse a filter on the machine. Hated paying 3.98 for a drink i couldn't drink

Poor management. Took 20 minutes to get steak bites that were still cold. The customer behind me said his steak bites were cold also but was also missing a sandwich from his order.

Arby's is the upscale fast food. Every time I have dined with Ada Arby's, I've always left feeling satisfied. Upon my many trips to this restaurant, I have only had my order wrong once. Honestly, I was not the best customer to deal with. Once I explained my problem, it was solved immediately! I value customer service more than anything. I am a tough customer to deal with and may or may not have yelled at the staff. Judge me if you will. They not only calmed me, but delivered the BEST complex sandwich I have ever had! Another thing to add. Since I had to come back to the restaurant, they threw in the dessert for free as well! (The cherry turnovers and Reese's cookies are the best!)
