Arby's

Walked in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I was the only person in the store. The didn't seem to care that I waited for that amount of time. It is sad that fast food isn't fast food anymore and customer service doesn't exist anymore

Walked in no one in kitchen or at the front, had to wait 5 mins for someone to greet me. Waited even long for my order. Employees on the phone while cooking my food, I would recommend not coming here.

Was really craving a chicken sandwich and stopped by Arby’s to give it a try. Drive thru service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was more than I expected. The portion of the salad in the sandwich was very good for the price. The bread they use was soft and perfect for the salad. I would like for the celery to be chopped in smaller pieces because they were kind of big bites. Other than that, I would definitely buy my pecan chicken sandwich from here again.

We love coming here!! Everyone is so friendly! The store is always clean, stocked, and they food is fresh. Karen is an amazing manager, and is always checking to make sure we have what we need and the food is good. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, but they make you feel like family. Highly recommend this Arby's!
