Had a wonderful evening at Aqua in Bonita Springs. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, with glowing lanterns and a setting that flows seamlessly from the stylish interior out to the lively outdoor space. The food was exceptional from start to finish. The Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass was outstanding perfectly prepared and paired with a silky cauliflower purée, sautéed spinach, roasted tomato, and a delicate coconut curry sauce that brought incredible depth of flavor. We also enjoyed the Ceviche of Corvina, vibrant with Persian lime, Peruvian corn, red onion, ají amarillo, cilantro, and sweet potato frite a true standout. The Cavatelli with Scallops was delicious with shallots, tomato, shiitake mushrooms, and truffle butter, and the P.E.I. Mussels were served in a flavorful Pernod fennel

Aqua has developed a following in the Bonita Springs dining scene largely through word of mouth, which ultimately prompted our recent visit. Expectations were naturally elevated given the local buzz. Upon arrival, we waited several minutes before being greeted by the hostess. Live music was underway—a pleasant touch for ambiance, though perhaps less ideal for a dining environment where conversation is part of the experience. We requested outdoor seating, which appeared to require some adjustment by the staff; the request seemed to inconvenience the hostess slightly as a table needed to be prepared. After being seated, there was another wait of roughly ten minutes before meeting our server. While the restaurant appeared adequately staffed, the overall service flow felt somewhat disorganized

My husband & I love coming here for drinks and dinner!! They always have great music and friendly staff that makes you feel like family! They also have a great happy hour selection!! We’ve tried so much of there menu we really enjoyed the salmon, ceviche, Macedonian salad & lava cake and so much more!

Visited Club Aqua during their happy hour for my bachelor party this past weekend. After taking a lap to see what was real we were seated by the host who is certainly one of the nicest and funniest gentlemen I've ever met in my life. Our server, Kathy (Cathy?), was fantastic. Even though I had my hair slicked back and was wearing my white jeans, she treated my friends and I like we were family. The food was good and the atmosphere on their back deck was the perfect vibe for my group and I. After reading other reviews here, we were hoping to speak with the owner. Our group is made up of serious google reviewers and we had brought an award for them for not putting up with brainless negative reviews. Maybe next time we can meet the owner to shake their hand. Katherine and I always research restaurants and places of interest before making our journey to them. Today was no different but various circumstances redirected and necessarily led us to Aqua (Bonita Springs) instead of another confirmed and confidently chosen destination. We sensed Aqua would not be the likely candidate that would check all the necessary previous review and research criteria, but decided to try it and see since it was in our immediate neighborhood. We aim to review as many establishments as possible, yet it’s never fully enjoyable when you secretly dine and spend around $100 and both were not fully wowed.
