Applebutter Inn

The Applebutter Inn is a very sweet, historic place to stay away from home. But the true magic was in the warmth from the Innkeeper, who prepared our breakfast. Allie was so lovely that we decided to stay again within the same week. Upon our return, she had left a gift for our daughter, which thrilled her (coloring books and crayons). We loved the food and conversation with Allie. We will stay at the Applebutter Inn every chance we get!

Came to town for my daughter’s college graduation. I would definitely recommend over a hotel stay any day. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Eric is very accommodating. Made us dinner reservations at the golf course which was fabulous as well. Definitely would stay again when in town .

The Inn is so beautiful! I loved the large fireplaces! It felt so warm and cozy. Check in was super easy and I loved the special note welcoming me. The pristine room was the perfect place for me to relax and get a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. The innkeeper, Allie, served me a delicious breakfast and sat with me awhile and chatted…which I loved.

The Applebutter Inn is charming and clean. The rooms are well appointed and include everything you need for your stay. The Inn is conveniently located to shops and restaurants as well as the university in Slippery Rock. The self check-in was easy and convenient. My only (slight) negative is that the breakfast portions were pretty small, though it was delicious. The apple butter is a nice treat! Highly recommend!

Very easy to book accommodations. From the first time meeting Julie and her staff, I felt at home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Anything that we needed was taken care of immediately. The ABI is within walking distance to campus. Absolutely loved this place. Warm smiles were always waiting for you. Would highly recommend the Applebutter for your next getaway!!
