Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went to the newly combined IHOP / Applebee's for breakfast today. I had the cheesecake waffle. It was very big, but the cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream were plopped in the center. For $12, I expected more than a small taste of the topping! My hubby got the French Toast combo. He chose the cinnistack, 2 eggs and bacon. He told the server to hold the Hashbrown and he offered to sub it with 2 more bacon. Coffee comes with large cups and a small pot. It emptied quickly and we asked for another.

This experience was absolutely terrible—so unbelievably horrible. I ordered for pickup and waited nearly an hour to receive my food. When I finally got it, it was cold and dry, and the food was really poor quality. I had asked for no pickles due to allergies, but they still put pickles on my sandwich. The grilled chicken was burned and tasted strange. I also ordered French toast and eggs, and it was frightening how bad they were. The customer service was awful and rude. I will never return to this place again. To anyone considering eating here, make sure your food is cooked properly. I want a refund.

They gave me the wrong item. I ordered the four cheese mac and cheese, but received the chicken parmesan fettuccine instead. I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes back, wait another 20 minutes, and then drive 20 minutes home again. I tried a few bites but ended up throwing it away because it wasn’t good. The chicken was overcooked, the noodles were hard on top and mushy underneath, and the marinara triggered my acid reflux, so I couldn’t eat it. They said my order was ready at 5:57pm but didn’t get it until 6:20pm. The new iHop atmosphere is weird. I will not be ordering from here again

Good experience visiting applebees, I asked for recommendations in my three choice appetizers and the waiter elfie gave me a very good recommendation, excellent service provided. The triple chocolate meltdown was the right choice! I'll definitely be back

Worst experience I've experienced in a restraunt. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes after being seated for our server to finally come to our table. When she took our order it took her another 15 minutes to bring us coffee to our table. My pancakes were child size, not like portions like I've known them for. Our server never checked up on us and the manager had to bring the bill to our table. Also, there were a few other tables sat before us and they left because they were sitting at their tables for 30 minutes with no server coming to their table. The pancakes I recoeved were not hot and the blueberry on top is nothing like pictured. I was super embarrassed to bring my family to this establishment.
