Applebee's Grill + Bar

Probably the worst experience we've ever had here tonight. Forgotten orders, cold food, and the extended wait for drink refills. I'm hoping this is a one off, because if tonight's meal was any indication where this place is headed, I'm sure we won't be back. First, they forgot one of the side salads ordered, they delivered 2 of the 3 and didn't come back to check on us until after the salads were eaten. Once the meals arrived, the plate looked like the food had just been sitting. I tasted the sides to discover the food on the plate was stone cold. I requested the plate be remade as I wanted it hot. Both of us that ordered steaks asked for medium rare. As you can see in the photos, medium rare must differ from plate to plate. All concerns were brought to the server's attention when we final

Applebees literally never disappoints. I ordered the peach sangria drink which was really good. I'd give it an 8/10 flavor wise. Then I got spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer. It wasn't my favorite. Id give it maybe a 4/10. Lastly I got the shrimp and broccoli pasta with penne noodles instead of fettuccine and was not disappointed at all. The pasta was a little dry so I had to ask for extra sauce but once I added the sauce it was perfect. Flavor wise I'd give it a 9/10. Overall I enjoyed my meal. All the food came out rather quickly and hot & my waitress was extremely pleasant. She checked on my table so many times. Amazing customer service and atmosphere here.

Go for happy hour, 3 to 6pm and again, 9pm to Midnight! Good selection of 5, 6 and 7 dollar happy hour drinks and finger foods! I had the New Bourban Street Chicken Andouille Sausage and Penne a week ago and today i had the Bourbon Chicken with Schrimp, Brocoli and side sauces butter garlic and creamy cheese. Its not on the happy hour special unfortunately but worth the extra price. I like Applebee's, they always deliver good quality meals, drinks and service at a reasonable prices!

We came on Veteran's Day, as my husband wanted to take advantage of the free meal for veterans. We arrived at 4 00 PM and I expected them to be very busy, and anticipated a long wait. We were seated in the bar within 10 minutes. The service was beyond expectation, and the food was wonderful. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and my husband was treated with the respect he deserved. We will make this a regular "go to place" that we can enjoy and afford.

Went for dinner after a long day at work. There are lots of places in the lounge to work on my laptop. The mushroom burger is excellent, very flavorful. The service was great! Received my food quickly, it was the right temperature. Service is always wonderful Be sure to try the wonton tacos and the Strawberry balsamic salad. Highly recommend.
