I would like to thank Harold the GM and Jordan from guest relations and all the staffs for their customer service and fast response to address my concern. My first experience was not the greatest but with their help and support I gave them an opportunity to fix the issue. They gave me a $25 giftcard to go back and see the improvements and I can say I am impressed.i knew that my first experience was a one off but it was still concerning that's why I had to post 1 star 🌟. But YES it was a ONE OFF!!! I brought my family there tonight. Party of 5. All went well. I don't think they knew i was returning but I wanted it that way to keep it 💯. Horrible horrible just horrible. The only good thing out of this experience was Amanda the server was decent , she was overwhelmed at the bar. Kitchen staff was horrible the food was horrible The double crunch shrimp was soggy no crunch and it was cold didn't eat it. The chicken broccoli Alfredo, broccoli was soggy, noodles were greasy and looked like it sat out for a while, The chicken parm we weren't even brought a knife to cut the chicken. The side salads were NEVER brought out I had to say something 3 times to the manager on duty no less , finally the salads were brought out in a to go box when check was brought. I brought my daughter to Applebee's for her 15th birthday for a nice family dinner I ordered 8 oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli it was the nastiest steak I ever had in my life I couldn't even eat it and I'm not picky at all. The potatoes were ok but had nasty Brown hard parts in it my daughter's sweet tea cup had white caked up stuff in it which was gross we had to get a new one but didn't realize it until she already drank some and my daughter's chicken parmesan fettuccine looked and tasted like the dollar general chicken alfredo for a dollar my husband and other daughter got the bacon chicken burger with fries they said it was an ok sandwich I thought the fries were the only decent thing we got it's really sad to say but I've had way better food at a fast food restaurant

I visited this restaurant on Sunday July 20th and was very surprised by what I saw. I sat at the bar, there was no bartender. Fans were running and the AC was out. Employees were walking and some scrambling everywhere. After about 10 mins I finally met the bartender. Someone had called out and she was trying to run the bar and wait tables. The kitchen was messing up and dropping things but this young lady was doing the best she could to do everything. It took at least 20 mins for my food to come out and when it did it wasn’t good. It was rushed and ill prepared. However, the young lady that served me deserves praise. It seems as if instead of balancing the responsibilities of the call out amongst the whole team, everything was thrown on the bartender. I watched this young lady seat people

Our food was actually pretty good tonight. In today's day and age eating out is typically expensive, but $25 for what we had was pretty fair. We Ordered online for curbside pickup and everything was obviously made fresh, ready to pickup earlier than anticipated and the customer service was great. We also ordered near closing time (and we all know the probability of rude/bad service near closing time with restaurant's are pretty likely) So we'll be swinging by again soon 👍🏽
