Applebee's Grill + Bar

It was pretty busy this evening. Zach was an excellent server—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He kept us well informed throughout the meal and made sure we had everything we needed. His engaging conversation added a personal touch that truly enhanced our experience.

Went for dinner, did the 2/$25 entre' deal basically you get a free appetizer in the deal which was good. Food cooked as requested and served hot. The waitress may not have name exactly right but Audey was extremely friendly and helpful, great visit overall!

Down to earth eating experience. The cheeseburger was well made. We split a sam Adam's. The server attentive. Nice choice for on-the-road dining.

I came in as a party of 7, one baby - 4 children and two adults. We were told 15 minute wait. A party of 6 walked in after us and was seated immediately. Strange behavior because the baby just needed a high chair. After awhile they sat us. We ordered sprite, I took one sip and informed the waitress we had soda water and they needed to change their syrup. She asked if I wanted something else I said no I would just wait for the syrup to be changed and take another sprite. She looked at me like I had three heads and said she would tell someone else. 20 minutes go by and we get our apps, whoever dropped them off asked if we needed refills, I explained I was waiting for a new drink already because the syrup was out. She left and came back apologetically with fresh drinks. Food was below average
