Applebee's Grill + Bar

We had dinner here and really enjoyed it overall. The food was delicious! The Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine had great flavor and the pasta was perfectly cooked. The Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger was juicy, cheesy, and just the right comfort food. And that Triple Chocolate Meltdown was pure happiness on a plate. The only thing was that the service started a bit slow, and when our food finally came out, we didn’t get any silverware at first. For a second, I actually wondered if we should just start eating with our hands. Luckily, once we got everything sorted, the meal totally made up for it. The prices were fair for the portions, everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We’ll definitely come back again—just maybe make sure the forks arrive with the food next time!

The food was great. The drinks, you can't go wrong on any choice. The service was excellent. The manager, Missi, visited our table to make sure we were alright.

Disappointing service, but thankful for the accommodation. We were visiting Boston as tourists and brought friends and family who had never been to Applebee’s before. It’s a place my husband and I usually enjoy for the food, drinks, and service. First, I do want to acknowledge and thank the staff for accommodating a large party of 14 people, including 2 babies and 3 children. We appreciate the effort to seat everyone together, which is not always easy. Unfortunately, the service itself was very poor. The wait to take our order was long, and everyone at the table was extremely hungry. My babies could not handle the delay, and I had to feed them baby food while waiting. The service was amazing. Our server named Angel was exceptional and very personable. She made the experience very comfortable and warm. The manager Missy was also a delight. She was helpful informative and relatable. They both took care of me and my Godmother with care and I appreciate it. The only thing I could say could be better is the fettuccine was a bit undercooked. Besides that everything was great.
