Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waitress ignored us the first 10 minutes even though she walked by us a dozen times in that time. Not even an "I'm so sorry, I will be right with you!". Literally nothing until I push the call button on the table top kiosk thing. After that it was fairly smooth sailing however! Food was great, atmosphere was good!

Applebees is one of the few places I once worked, in which I didn't get sick of the food. Tonight, as usual food, service and atmosphere were 10 out of 10. I ordered the staple "Neighborhood Burger". Two 3.5 Oz patties and plenty of quality ingredients. Fry portion was slightly small. Friend ordered endless riblit/chicken strip/shrimp platter and it seemed like a great deal. Add two sodas and the bill was under $37 without tip. Always a solid burger at Applebee’s.

I love going to this applebees if you are looking for a meal with friends or family. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy a laid-back dinner or drinks. The menu has plenty of classic American options like burgers, wings, and steaks, with decent portion sizes and fair prices. While the food quality can be a bit inconsistent at times, the service is usually friendly and the overall experience is comfortable and convenient. It’s not fancy dining, but it’s a good choice when you want familiar food in a chill setting.

The worst dining experience i've ever had. My first mistake was ordering the fish and chips with waffle fries. The fish tasted like it just came out of the freezer and I got regular fries to which I traded with my husband because his were ice cold. Then, I waited 15 minutes for the correct order to which came out cold again. After 25 minutes, we asked the manager to take them off the check just so we could leave. My husband's burger was also way overcooked and dry. We didn't throw a fit or complain to any staff but we'll never be back.

Our server was amazing and so nice. Unfortunately, our food was way over-seasoned, and we had to send back our pickle fries since the seasoning was way to salty we couldn’t eat them. Then, I got the new “O-M-Cheese burger” and had no cheese left on the bottom since it was so burned onto the plate. My boyfriend’s food came out cold and soggy. My kids’ food was decent at least.
