Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was great. Our servers have always been friendly and attentive. Quality of food has been going down each time we visit. We take breaks coming to this chain because the food just isnt the same. Our last visit I had Mac and Cheese with Honey Chicken. The Mac and cheese was cold but the chicken was warm enough. The steak wasn't the typical quality for a staple menu item. We loved coming here for the friendly service, family friendly enviornment and quick meals but we will be taking our business elsewhere after this last visit.

Ate dinner there with a friend this past evening. Waitress was nice and friendly at first. Even though my friend and I ordered our dinners together, they brought our meals to us 20 minutes apart. When I questioned the waitress about this her only answer was she didn't know. The manager comped us a beer. The food i got tasted good but didn't look much like the picture and the portion size was tiny. I had the bourbon st chicken. For $17, I shouldn't walk away hungry. After speaking with the waitress about why the meals weren't brought out even remotely together she was standoffish and ignoring us. Basically just waiting for us to leave. Screw this place. The service ended up being very poor and you'll leave hungry. Won't be back. Thete are other places to eat

All 8 adults in our family group agreed that the host, waiter and food were great. Wish I got our waiter's name to give him credit as he handled our Italian craziness wonderfully. We arrived around 11:30a yesterday (Sunday) and were seated quickly. Everything came out hot and within seconds of each other. Only downfall was the tea and coffee were not hot enough, we didn't mention it at the time but they would have made it right if we did. Wish we still had our Applebee's in Newington, CT. We will definitely stop by again when we visit NH again.

I went with a large family group of 9 people on a Friday night while it was quite busy. We were able to give them a name and number and come back to be seated in around a half hour, which I thought was not bad at all for the circumstances. The service was very excellent! The ladies who served us were all really patient and helpful and I was really amazed that they were able to get everything right for us with no mix-ups as we are kind of a boisterous and scatter-brained group. I wish I caught the name of the main lady who served us so I could give her credit! The food was good everyone enjoyed their dishes and I was happy to see they carried Impossible burgers that can be substituted for any burger. I wish they had more plant based burger ingredients like cheese and bacon but it's unders

Food and service were good. The white queso dip was very tasty. The Margarita was absolutely delicious. They have great deals and a great happy hour.
