Applebee's Grill + Bar

Bartender with blue hair wanted nothing to do with customers, we came in excited for the unlimited wings and fries and a beer. We verified earlier in the day that it was available and she seemed like she had never heard of it. Also I get everyone has a bad day, but she looked upset the entire time we were there (not just with us to clarify, there was another group there) no smiles or friendly service. Didn't check the whole time we were eating if we wanted refills and we sat there for sooo long after we finished waiting for the check. She had one other group. We go to the Applebee's in Springdale all the time and get wayyyy better service Also this is the whiskey bacon bbq burger I ordered.. a drop of sauce

My bartender Cheyenne was awesome. I frequently come to this location while traveling for work and she always treats me like a regular and remembers my specifics and the way I like things. Her attitude is always great and she is fun to interact with. She can joke with the best of them which makes a great bartender/ server in my opinion.

Went there for my birthday tonight and food was cold when we got it cuz it sat for probably 15 minutes before bringing it to us but they were short staffed and the manger was really understanding and sweet and took care of fixing the situation so I really appreciate her for that. Much love to her and our waitress if only I had their names id mention them for their respectfulness and kind heartedness ❤️

Used to be a chain that was super popular back in the early 00's but kinda looks like it's starting to near the end of its run. This location looks nothing like others I've been to across the country. Mix matched, unpleasant, lighting. Strange lingering smell. Seating by the front waiting area covered in food remnants, stains, etc. Floor was filthy, had trash and a layer of grime all over it. Dining area was messy, windows clogged with grime; and the seats also sported several dark stains and grease. It wasn't busy the night we went and it took asking the waitress several times to get straws for our drinks. Ended up having to get up and walk across the restaurant to ask the bartender after watching them pass by with other customers drink orders 3 seperate times. [Ironically all delivered

My husband got a burger and fries and I got a prickly pear margarita and side salad. The margarita was definitely the best and the food was as expected. However, the margarita took about 5 minutes to come out but the food took an HOUR. There were only 4 other tables and one person at the bar in the whole restaurant. We waited an hour for a burger, fries and side salad. The atmosphere isn’t “bad” but it’s a little depressing. It feels like everyone working there would literally rather be doing anything else.
